I had to really talk myself into getting up and doing the Shred today. I did NOT feel like doing it and I just really had to keep telling myself that I'm working towards a goal, and I won't ever get there being lazy. I'm
SO happy I did! It was one of my best workout on Level 2!! I did all of the moves on advanced level until I couldn't anymore, then I switched to the modified version for the rest of the time. I only took one break! It was awesome! So proud of myself!!!
