Tone It Tuesday is here!!! Each Tuesday will be dedicated to exercises that focus on toning. Now, when I say this, don't think I'm talking spot reducing. Despite what we all wish, spot reducing fat is impossible people! If you want to lose fat to reveal the toned muscles you've been working on underneath you have to remove the fat from your whole body. With that being said, these posts will probably each focus on a different body part, but you'll just have to keep in mind that you'll need to incorporate some cardio and have a healthy diet if you ever want to actually see those toned muscles. I can't wait! I know I have some nice arms under there somewhere! Lol!

I'll be back later to fill you in on how Day 2 of the 30 Day Shred went. I'm a little sore from Day 1 but not as bad as I thought I'd be! I'm going to push even harder today because I want results like abby459 here!
I love "Tone it Tuesday" How neat!!!! I need to start the running program in ur previous blog! My long term goal is to be able to comfortably run 4miles :)
ReplyDeleteThanks Sam Bam! There's another program called Couch to 5K ( http://www.coolrunning.com/engine/2/2_3/181.shtml ) that's really similar to the one I do. I'm going to go for distance once I finish this program. BTW blogging is super fun! Thanks for the inspiration!
